Policy of the University


The university missions are set out in Executive Decree No. 03-279 of 23 August 2003,modified and completed, as follows:

  • Within the framework of the public service missions of higher education, the university provides higher education missions and scientific research and technological development missions.
  • In the field of higher education, the basic missions of the university are, in particular:
    • Training of executive staff necessary to the economic, social and cultural development of the country,
    • Introduction of students to research methods and the promotion of training by and for research,
    • Contribution to the production and widespread dissemination of knowledge and knowledge, its acquisition and development,
    • Participation in continuing training.
  • In the field of scientific research and technological development, the university’s fundamental missions include:
    • Contribution to the national scientific research and technological development effort,
    • Promotion and dissemination of national culture,
    • Participation in strengthening the national scientific potential,
    • Exploitation of research results and the dissemination of scientific and technical training,
    • Participation within the international scientific and cultural society in the exchange and enrichment of knowledge.
